Which languages are supported for transcription?
Meetlens supports transcription in 99+ languages. Common examples include Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, and Japanese. Language availability may evolve as the transcription service is updated.
Which languages are supported for AI reports and summaries?
AI reports can currently be generated in English, Russian, Spanish, or German. The transcript remains in the detected meeting language, so you can return to the original conversation when reviewing a summary.
What happens when a meeting mixes two languages?
Meetlens detects the dominant language in the recording. Switching languages within one conversation can reduce transcription accuracy, so important names, terms, decisions, and quotes should always be reviewed against the recording.
Is translation available?
Meetlens does not currently provide line-by-line transcript translation or live interpretation. A meeting can have an AI report in one of the four supported report languages, while its transcript remains in the detected spoken language.
Can I export the original-language transcript?
Export availability and formats depend on the plan and the current workspace options. The transcript can still be reviewed with its speaker turns and timestamps inside the meeting workspace.
