Extract, visualize, jump

Three stages, all automatic. The timeline is built when the recording finishes. You just click.

1
EXTRACT

Typed moments pulled from the transcript

When a recording finishes, Meetlens scans the transcript and pulls four kinds of moments. Decisions, action items, blockers, and context. Each one is tied to the exact second of the recording where it was said. No manual marking. No "add to timeline" button.

2
VISUALIZE

One strip, color-coded by type

All moments render on a single chronological strip across the meeting duration. Decisions are green. Actions are amber. Blockers are red. Context is grey. The shape of the call is visible at a glance, before you click anything.

3
JUMP

Click a moment, audio seeks there

Tap any timeline entry and the recording jumps to that second. No scrubbing through a 45-minute call to find the part where a decision was made. The transcript scrolls alongside the playback so you keep your bearings.

use cases

When the timeline actually helps

Four moments where one click on a marker beats scrubbing through 45 minutes of audio.

Catch up on a meeting you missed

Skip the 45-minute replay. Scan the timeline, see every decision and action item with a timestamp, click the ones that matter. You're up to speed in five minutes instead of an hour.

Find the moment something was decided

"Wait, when did we agree to that?" Click the decision marker, the recording jumps to the exact second, you hear the back-and-forth in context. No more scrubbing the timeline guessing at minute 23 or minute 32.

Hand off the relevant part

Don't paste a full transcript into Slack. Share the meeting and point your teammate at the timeline moment they need. They click once, hear the 90 seconds that matter, and answer the question.

Filter by type when you only need the actions

Just want the action items? Hide context and blockers, leave only the green and amber dots. The timeline becomes a checklist with one-click playback. Great for the day after a workshop or all-hands.

Questions, answered

Everything teams ask before switching to Meetlens.

What is the meeting timeline?
A clickable chronological strip of the most meaningful moments inside one recorded meeting. Decisions, action items, blockers, and key context are pulled from the transcript automatically. Each one is stamped with a second-precise timestamp. Tap any moment and the recording jumps to that second.
How does Meetlens decide what shows up on the timeline?
After the recording finishes, the AI scans the full transcript and surfaces four kinds of moments. Decisions, action items, blockers, and important context. Vague mentions are filtered out. Only explicit commitments, conclusions, and points worth navigating back to make it onto the timeline.
Can I filter the timeline?
Yes. Each moment is color-coded by type. Want only the action items? Hide decisions, blockers, and context. The strip becomes a one-click checklist with playback. Useful the day after a workshop or all-hands when you just need the to-do list.
What happens when I click a moment?
The audio player jumps to that second of the recording. The transcript scrolls alongside so you keep context. No more scrubbing through 45 minutes of small talk looking for the part where a decision was made.
Is there a cross-meeting view of all decisions?
Not yet. Today the timeline lives inside each meeting. A workspace-wide chronology of decisions and action items across every recording is on the roadmap. For now, the meetings list lets you filter by date, tag, and search by title to find the meeting you need.
Is the timeline available on the free plan?
Yes. Every recording on Free, Lite, and Pro gets the full timeline. Free is capped at 180 minutes of recording per month, so it works on a few meetings at a time. Lite and Pro raise the cap and unlock longer per-recording limits.
