Acceptance

  • By creating an account or using Meetlens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Meetlens does

  • Meetlens records, transcribes, and analyzes your online meetings to produce AI-generated summaries, decisions, tasks, and reports.

Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One person per account — you may not share accounts.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.

Your content

  • You own all content you upload (audio, transcripts, reports).
  • By using Meetlens, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record meetings you upload.
  • You must comply with local laws on recording consent — in many jurisdictions, all participants must consent to being recorded.
  • You may not upload illegal, harmful, or confidential content you are not authorised to process.

Data processing

  • By using Meetlens, you consent to your audio being processed for transcription purposes.
  • You consent to your transcripts being used for AI report generation.
  • You consent to your data being stored on our secure cloud infrastructure.
  • We process your data only as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Your data is never used to train AI models.

Prohibited use

  • Recording conversations without participant consent where required by law.
  • Processing classified, legally privileged, or regulated data without appropriate safeguards.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing the API.
  • Reselling or redistributing the service without written permission.

Subscription and payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
  • Payments are processed securely — we do not store your card details.
  • You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for subscription payments, except where required by applicable law.
  • EU consumers retain statutory cancellation rights within 14 days of first purchase if the service has not yet been used.

Service availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.
  • We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

AI-generated content

  • Meetlens uses AI to generate summaries, decisions, and tasks from your meetings. This content is generated automatically and may contain errors.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated reports.
  • You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it.
  • AI output does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEXALOR LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

Changes

  • We will notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
