Yes. The free plan includes 180 minutes of meetings, 10 AI reports, 10 single-meeting AI chat queries, 50 workspace AI chat queries (cross-meeting), and 5 AI archive searches per month, plus 1 GB of storage. Limits reset on the 1st of every month (UTC). No credit card, no expiration — use it as long as you like.
Recording new meetings pauses for the rest of the month, but every recording, transcript, and AI report you already have stays accessible in your workspace. You can upgrade to Lite (700 min/month) or Pro (2,000 min/month) for more capacity, or wait for the 1st of next month when your free minutes reset.
Yes. You can change your plan anytime from Settings → Billing in your Meetlens account. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the new plan's limits apply.
We do not refund subscription payments, except where required by applicable law — for example, EU consumers have a 14-day statutory cancellation right on their first purchase if the service has not yet been used. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Full details in our Terms of Service.
Yes. Billed annually, Lite works out to about $12/month (≈ 20% off the monthly price) and Pro to about $30/month (≈ 23% off). You can switch between Monthly and Yearly on the plan grid above; the difference is billed as a single upfront payment.
Lite and Pro are priced per seat per month, with no public volume tier — pricing scales linearly with team size. The largest public discount is annual billing (~20–23% off). For very large workspaces the yearly option is the most effective lever.
