Recording new meetings pauses for the rest of the month, but every recording, transcript, and AI report you already have stays accessible in your workspace. You can upgrade to Pro (700 min/month) or, for teams, Business (2,000 min per licensed member) for more capacity, or wait for the 1st of next month when your free minutes reset.

Yes. You can change your plan anytime from Settings → Billing in your Meetlens account. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the new plan's limits apply.

We do not refund subscription payments, except where required by applicable law — for example, EU consumers have a 14-day statutory cancellation right on their first purchase if the service has not yet been used. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Full details in our Terms of Service.

Yes, about 20% off on both paid plans when billed annually: Pro works out to about $12/month, and Business to about $24/seat/month. You can switch between Monthly and Yearly on the plan grid above; the year is billed as a single upfront payment.

Business is priced per seat and scales linearly with team size; there is no separate volume tier. The built-in discount is annual billing (about 20% off, so roughly $24 per seat per month). Pro is a single personal plan ($15/month, or about $12/month billed annually). For a growing team, add Business seats as you need them.

The free plan is the way to evaluate Meetlens — 180 minutes a month and access to all 10 AI report formats, no credit card needed. There is no separate Pro trial; you can move to Pro or Business the moment you need more minutes, unlimited AI reports, recording downloads, or exports.

Not currently. Non-profits, students, and teachers use the same public plans for now. The free plan covers most personal and small-team use without payment.
